A Philadelphia Wedding…

So a couple of months ago my cousin asked me to come back to Pa to help her with a wedding and styling hair for a bridal party.  I was so excited when I found out that it fell over a four day weekend for my husband.  It worked out perfectly because I love doing hair and we get to spend some time with family and friends as well.  The wedding was in downtown Philadelphia which I always love visiting! It still is one of my favorite places.  I was scheduled to do most of the up-dos for the bridal party.  The day went so smoothly and I loved getting to work with my cousin who is great at hair and makeup!  The first girl that I did loved her hair and so the rest of the bridesmaids wanted similar styles to what she had.  The only issue was that no one had any idea of what they wanted they just all seemed to say up and to the side.  That was fine with me I think that they all turned out great but it would have been fun to see them all look a little different from each other.

You never know what you are going to run into when you are working with brides and a bunch of other woman! We got pretty lucky and everyone was super nice and just went with the flow!  It made for a stress free morning and I loved getting to be a part of a brides special day! It made me think about my wedding day and how much fun we had! I cant wait to do another wedding for another bride it is so amazing to be a part of someones special day!
